I purchased a student license. I followed the instructions and downloaded MAXQDA. Then, I clicked on activate the account and pasted my serial number. However, I got the following message in red letters:

Hello Anna,
if you purchased MAXQDA you will receive a MAXQDA 24 serial number. Please install MAXQDA 24.
Only then the serial number will be accepted as valid.
You may then open your old MAXQDA 2022 project with MAXQDA 24, and it will be automatically converted into a MAXQDA 24 project file.
