Thank you for bringing this up. This may be related to a current bug in MAXQDA 24.4. It is only coming up when using two monitors. When you use two monitors, the chat interface may not open. In this case, close MAXQDA, start it again and keep it on your primary screen. Do not move it to the secondary screen. Then, the chat window should open properly again.
As we speak, our IT is implementing a bugfix for this. So the problem should definitely be gone with the next version!
