I want to use a 14 days trial version of MAXQDA but when I am given the 12 digit trial code it is rendered invalid when I enter the code. how can i be helped?

if the Free Trial Code is not valid, please check that it is exactly the one in the email. Please copy and paste the trial code. It is only possible to use one trial version. If you try to activate a trial version again on the same device, it will not be possible.
In case the trial code still doesn't work. Please contact Customer Support
