I'm working on focus group transcripts in MAXQDA (teamcloud). In some of them the data of the focus group speakers got lost somewhere - the focus group speaker overview is empty. Once I noticed it after an import of a data file from a team member. The documents are already coded. How can I get the speaker data back?
Thank you!

Hello Sabine,
You can try the following steps:
1. Check the Document System: Ensure that the focus group transcripts are still present in the Document System.
2. Re-import the Data: If the speaker data was lost after importing a data file, you may need to re-import the focus group transcripts. Use the "Import" function and select "Focus Group Transcripts" to ensure that the speaker contributions are coded correctly.
3. Convert Existing Documents: If the documents are already coded but not recognized as focus group transcripts, you can convert them. Open the document, go to the Import menu, and select "Convert Text to Focus Group Transcript." This will automatically code the speakers' contributions again.
4. Check for Backups: If you have backups of your project, consider restoring from a previous version where the speaker data was intact.
5. Contact Support: If the issue persists, you may want to reach out to MAXQDA support for further assistance.
