I've noticed that 60 free minutes of transcription are available with both AI Assist Free and AI Assist Premium. Could you please clarify if this allocation is per month or per year? Thank you in advance.

you receive with AI Assist Free and Premium one 60 minutes-package of automatic transcription for free. This is a one time offer. Whenever you need more transcription time, than you can just purchase a new transcription package in our web shop: https://www.maxqda.com/shop/maxqda-transcriptions-package.

please try to add the transcription code with copy and paste from your email.

If it still doesn't work, please create a ticket with the information about your purchase:
- transcription code

- cleverbridge reference number from your invoice
