Hi, I am on 24.4.0 and trying out the new "Chat with Coded Segments" feature.
If I try a code chat and there are too many coded segments, I get the warning pane, and if there are video or graphic components in the coded segments, I get a warning that these will be ignored, but otherwise, I get no response from the feature, and no white discussion pane ever opens.
This is the same whether I use the code or the Retrieved Segments pane
If I try chatting with a document, which used to work in 24.3, I also get no chat window.
Is there some trick to getting the pane to show, or is this a bug?

Hello Metthew,
Thank you for bringing this issue up. Some customers are experiencing that the chat window doesn't open, when working on multiple screens.
If the chat window doesn't open, we recommend closing MAXQDA and opening it again on your main window of your computer.
Another workaround can be to press WINDOWS + SHIFT + Left or right arrow key on Windows. This way you can make the hidden chat window visible.
Let us know if this helps.
Best regards,
