I have tried several time to upload a 60.4MB interview audio file m4a (duration 1h04min) for transcription. I have 3 hours of transcipt balance. I have tried to shorten the file name. Nothing works. Can tech-support give advise here?

The software is under maintenance at the moment. However, you can still use the transcription online from your account without any problems.

Same here. I've also tryed the web-interface uploading an audio with only 5 seconds to check if the problem was the audio. It still did not work. The software worked many times properly, however "something" happend which made the transcription not work anymore. My license is activated and I have transcription hours. The software is updated for the last version of MAXQDA. The internet connection is working as usual.

There, you can upload and transcribe your file with the help of the web-interface. Does that help?
