I have tried several time to upload a 60.4MB interview audio file m4a (duration 1h04min) for transcription. I have 3 hours of transcipt balance. I have tried to shorten the file name. Nothing works. Can tech-support give advise here?

Thank you for your question! Are you uploading the file from within the MAXQDA application? If yes, please try to go to your MAXQDA account in the web-interface here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wt7TWw0EU8g
There, you can upload and transcribe your file with the help of the web-interface. Does that help?
