Hi all, I am working on a project in MAXQDA across teams where interoperability is key. A colleague sent me their work via a REFI QDA file (.qdpx). I'm able to import it to MAXQDA, but I can't see any of the changes that they have made to the data. It simply shows the project as it was when I originally exported it and sent it to them. Any ideas for how to fix this problem, or is it a bug?

Hello Annaliese,
The most likely explanation here is that your colleague sent you your own file back instead of sending you a new one. Please ask them to export the file again, label it clearly and send it to you again.
In case of more complicated problems with the REFI format, please contact the function support team directly, so that you can send the file along and we can analyse it here.
