Tailwind does not recognize that my license has AI Assist

If you wish to utilize Tailwind, a MAXQDA license is required to access AI Assist. Does your license include AI Assist, yet you are still encountering the subsequent screen?




If so, please proceed with the steps outlined below:


  • Log out of your MAXQDA account in MAXQDA and then log in again.
  • Then log out once in the account https://tailwind.maxqda.com and then log in again.
  • You should now be able to use Tailwind.
