I have received the MAXQDA software from my university (licesed) on a usb stick to use during my research. However, when I open the application in the usb, the logo comes but then it is automatically immediately shut and the following report is shown (full report is attached):------------------------------------- Translated Report (Full Report Below) -------------------------------------
Have you tried using the stick on a different device? If it also crashes there, it seems most likely that the installation on the stick is damaged. In this case, MAXQDA would need to be removed from the stick and a fresh install would be required.
I hope this helps! In case of any remaining questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Hello,
Have you tried using the stick on a different device? If it also crashes there, it seems most likely that the installation on the stick is damaged. In this case, MAXQDA would need to be removed from the stick and a fresh install would be required.
I hope this helps! In case of any remaining questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
Best regards on behalf of the MAXQDA support team,
