Ia have laready installed MAXQDA24 with my new licence.
I habe before Maxqda22, and it workde perfect. I had a huge project on it and I wantet to continue the work with it.
The project has been opened on MAQDA24 as well, but the code system is totally and fatally frozen.
This issue is preventing me from using the code system at all. Any attempt to open a code results in the entire program crashing, making it impossible for me to continue my work.
Pleas suggest me a support service who can help me in this probelm.

It appears that the conversion of your project file didn't work correctly. Please try to convert your project again. As it is a big project, it will take several minutes.
