I have replaced by older Mac and want to run Max 11 on the new one. However my older Mac gives me an error message when i seek to deactivate the license telling me a connection to the activation server could not be established. My home internet connection is working and i've switched off the firewall on the Mac. Does anyone have a fix as Maxqda refuse to deactivate the license saying they no longer provide support for 11. But i need to access my data!

1. Ensure your internet connection is stable and try again.
2. Run MAXQDA as an administrator by right-clicking the icon and selecting "Run as Administrator."
