I purchased a perpetual license and installed a copy on my desktop. But I am not using it on the desktop. I want to install a copy on my laptop that I take with me traveling. Should I first delete the copy on my desktop? Is it ok to keep it there if I am not using it?

With a perpetual license, you can install MAXQDA on two devices, but only one installation can be used at a time. If you want to install it on your laptop, you don't need to delete it from your desktop as long as you don't use both simultaneously. If you decide to use it on your laptop, ensure that the desktop version is not in use.
