How can I place a purchase order?

As a business customer, you can purchase MAXQDA as purchase order in our online store. You have the option of entering your own order number. 

Please proceed as follows:

Step 0

You can first request a quote in the online store. If you confirm the offer and place the order, you can select "Purchase order" or "Pre-Paid PO" as the payment option.

Step 1

Order the goods in our online store. If necessary, enter a different billing address and e-mail address.

Select "Purchase order" or "Pre-Paid PO" as the payment method. You can enter an internal order number, which will be printed on the invoice and delivery.

Step 2

You will directly get an order confirmation with a Pro Forma Invoice.

Step 3

After Payment of your purchase order you will receive: 

• Delivery E-Mail with the serial number for your ordered products
• a formal invoice

Send a written confirmation of your order on official company letterhead to our e-sales partner per post:

Please state that you wish to pay via purchase order and do not forget to quote the Cleverbridge reference number of your order.

The order confirmation must contain the following information:

    1. contact details:

• Name
• Your address
• E-mail address for the invoice
• If different, e-mail address for delivery
•  Telephone number

2. VAT ID (for European companies)

3. Product name, quantity, total price

4. Cleverbridge reference number 470650369

5. Your internal purchase order number (if applicable)

6. Cleverbridge should be listed as the vendor

Step 3

Please then pay the current amount to Cleverbridge. You will see the banking information on the Cleverbridge website.

Step 4

After payment, you will receive: 

• invoice
• serial numbers for the ordered products and add-ons.
