How can I connect my license to Tailwind?

In order to use Tailwind, your MAXQDA account must be linked to your MAXQDA license once.

Personal license (Single-User or Studentlicense)

If you have a student license (6 or 12 months) or a single-user license, you can enter your serial number in the "Personal license" field and your MAXQDA account will be linked to your license.

Free Trial License or Institutional License

If you are using a free trial or an institutional license (network license, fee-floating license, campus license, course license or multi-user license), you can link your MAXQDA account to your license as follows:

Open MAXQDA.
Open a MAXQDA project.
Log in to your MAXQDA account at the top right.

Then click on the "Reload Page to Check Status" button on the page shown above: https://tailwind.maxqda.com.

If it is not possible to log in, you must first activate AI Assist for your license.
