With MAXQDA 24, you receive a serial number for your network license, which is renewed annually.
In order for your MAXQDA users to continue working after the subscription cycle has expired, the following conditions must be met:
- The network license subscription has been automatically renewed.
- The new subscription cycle has been paid for (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
- You can recognize this by the fact that you have received an invoice with your serial number.
- After the license has been renewed, this information must be sent to your existing license in your Netlic Manager. To do this, carry out an online check. You will now see the new end date of the license in the Netlic Manager.
The license has now received the new term and your users can continue to use MAXQDA. To make the transition as smooth as possible, network licenses are given a grace period of one month until payment is received at the latest.
