How can I cancel MAXQDA Tailwind?

There are two ways to cancel your subscription. 

Cancel Tailwind in the Cleverbridge Sunscription Manager

In your invoice email from noreply@cleverbridge.com you find a button to manage your subscription 

You reach the Cleverbridge Subscription Manager

Please turn the automatic renewal off. 

The subscription will then end with the next cycle. 

Cancel Tailwind in the MAXQDA Subscription Manager

You can manage your subscription using our Subscription Manager.

Please note that in this case only the billing adress can cancel the subscription.

• Open your subscription
• Change your renewal option to "no renewal"
