What payment methods are available for buying MAXQDA?

Modified on Fri, 22 May at 2:02 PM

MAXQDA processes all payments and orders through our service provider, Cleverbridge GmbH.

Depending on the customer type, products, and country of purchase, we offer the following payment options:

Credit Card:

Upon purchase, the amount will be charged directly to your credit card. You will immediately receive a PDF invoice and your serial number, allowing you to activate your MAXQDA product right away.

For renewals, the payment will be automatically debited from your credit card, and you will receive an invoice as your serial number is automatically extended.

PayPal:

After your purchase, the amount will be debited directly from your credit card. You will immediately receive a PDF invoice and your serial number, enabling you to activate your MAXQDA product without delay.

Wire Transfer:

After your purchase, Cleverbridge will provide you with their bank details so you can make the transfer. Once payment is received, you will get your invoice and serial number via email.

Purchase Order:

Purchase orders are reserved for organisational customers in some countries.

Customers will receive an invoice before making payment.

Please note that Cleverbridge verifies the regularity of orders, and you will need to complete a form with your Cleverbridge reference number. When ordering on account, you can enter an internal purchase order number from your ERP system, which will then appear on the invoice.

Pre-Paid Purchase Order:

In countries where purchase orders are not available, you can buy via a prepaid purchase order (Pre-Paid PO).

After purchasing MAXQDA you will receive a proforma invoice. When this invoice is paid, you will directly receive the serial numbers for your MAXQDA products and an official invoice.
