I have TeamCloud Network License and I will invite a team member to work on my TeamCloud Project. Is it enough that I send an invitation to the member's MAXQDA Account-Mail, so that s/he has access to MAXQDA without sharing the license itself or should I provide additional information i.e. license code?

Hi Pinar,
Thank you for your inquiry.
If you have a TeamCloud Network License, you can easily invite team members to your TeamCloud project. Simply send an invitation to their registered MAXQDA account email.
Please note:
Team members do not need a separate TeamCloud license to join your project.
They only require a valid MAXQDA license and a free MAXQDA account.
There’s no need to share the license code. Just ensure the team member has a registered and validated MAXQDA account so they can accept the invitation and access the project.
