Codes of a few folders earased after starting a new cycle - how to I retrieve them?

We're 3 working in TeamCloud. I'm the lead.

When I uploaded a new cycle, all coding of several folders of team member were deleted.

But the new order of documents in the folder remained the same.

How to restore the coding from last cycle automatic backups?
