Who can use MyAccount?

You can use MyAccount if:


  1. You have a subscription.
  2. You have subscribed to MAXQDA through the shop on our website. 


Who can't use MyAccount?


  • License holders of MAXQDA student licenses can't use MyAccount. The extension of the license for students is only possible through the acquisition of a new license. 
  • Customers who obtained their license directly from VERBI can't use MyAccount. 
  • Customers with a purchase license can't use MyAccount.
  • Customers who have acquired MAXQDA through a reseller can't use MyAccount.
