You can use MyAccount if:
- You have a subscription.
- You have subscribed to MAXQDA through the shop on our website.
Who can't use MyAccount?
- License holders of MAXQDA student licenses can't use MyAccount. The extension of the license for students is only possible through the acquisition of a new license.
- Customers who obtained their license directly from VERBI can't use MyAccount.
- Customers with a purchase license can't use MyAccount.
- Customers who have acquired MAXQDA through a reseller can't use MyAccount.
