How can I deactivate my single-user license in the subscription manager?

You can deactivate the individual single-user licenses yourself in the Subscription Manager. The billing contact for your order has access to the Subscription Manager. 

  • Open your subscription. You can search for the serial number in the search bar. 
  • Then select the menu item "Licenses". 
  • You will then receive an overview of your licenses and who is currently using them.



  • You can then click on the Deactivate button and select the computer on which the serial number is to be deactivated.
  •  After deactivation, the serial number is available again and can be activated on another device.



Please note that the serial number can only be used by one person.
