What changes can I make with the Subscription Manager?

The subscription Manager allows you to add new products to your subscription or change the number of existing products. These changes can take effect either immediately or on the next renewal date. The Subscription Manager also allows you to change the payment method stored by the customer for the annual subscription payment.


Changes to the current cycle

  • Open your subscription
  • Click on the "Changes to current cycle" button.

You can here:

  • Add TeamCloud as a new product. 
  • Increase the number of existing licenses
  • Add AI Assist pro license (serial number)
  • Upgrade MAXQDA license from MAXQDA to Analytics Pro



The price that is due for the remaining time from today until the end of the cycle is displayed on the right-hand side. Then click on "Change contract now"


All changes are active immediately and apply until the end of the current subscription cycle.


An invoice will be sent via Cleverbridge.



Changes to the next cycle

You can make the same changes. However, these will only become valid for the next cycle and will not be calculated until then. 

 



For the next cycle, you can also 

  • downgrade licenses (from Analytics Pro to MAXQDA, from AI Premium to Free) 
  • reduce the number of licenses 
  • or cancel or remove licenses completely

The price change due for the next cycle is displayed on the right-hand side. The change is then automatically calculated for the next cycle.
