How can I add TeamCloud to my Subscription?

To work on a project in a team, we recommend TeamCloud. This add-on can also be added to the subscription at a later date. 


Please note that the TeamCloud is not compatible with portable, demo, student, or course/teaching licenses.


If you already have an annual subscription, you can easily add the TeamCloud module through the subscription manager.
If you do not yet have an account, you can register here.


To book the TeamCloud module in the Subscription Manager, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Subscription Manager account and open your subscription.
    2. Click on the "Change current cycle" button.
    3. Add TeamCloud as a new product.
    4. In the "Change Quantity" area, you can specify the number of licenses. You need one license per 5 project members.
    5. On the right-hand side, you will see the calculated price for the period remaining in the current cycle.
      Then click on "Change contract now". You will then receive an invoice with the TeamCloud serial number. The team lead can activate this serial number in their MAXQDA account.
    6. If you want to add TeamCloud starting with the next cycle choose "Change with next cycle"
