How can I add additional licenses to my existing subscription?

• Please open the subscription manager. https://mya.maxqda.com/user/login
• Open your subscription with the view button.
• You may now add licenses for the current subscription term or for the next cycle. 
• Click on the button "Change immediately" 
• Increase the Quantity in the field "New Quantity"
• On the right side you will see the price for the remaining period.
• The term of the new license will automatically end at the end of the subscription cycle.
• Then click "Change contract now"
• A new license will then be made available to you immediately. 
• An invoice will automatically be sent to the billing recipient by Cleverbridge.

If you also want to activate AI Assist for the new license, you can do this in the next step for the new serial number.

If you want to add a new product, such as a different license type or TeamCloud, you can do so using the “Add Product” drop-down field.

Reducing the quantity of a product is only possible for the next cycle.

For a network license, the changes will only become visible to users after an online check in the NetLic Manager.
