When team members move codes or documents within the hierarchy, these changes may not be processed correctly by TeamCloud. This can result in codes and documents being listed twice: once in the team lead's hierarchy level and once in the team member's hierarchy level. Subsequent merging of these objects is not possible in MAXQDA.
We recommend that only the team lead move, rename, or delete codes and documents. This should be done after merging the various work versions and before the next round is available for download.
