Responsibilities VERBI Software GmbH vs. Cleverbridge GmbH

We have transferred our daily business regarding the purchase of standard licenses to our e-sales partner Cleverbridge GmbH. This results in different support responsibilities with regard to the online shop or purchasing advice on the one hand, and questions regarding your order or payment processes.


You may find a brief overview of the respective areas of responsibility below. Hopefully, this helps by answering possible questions as quickly and straightforward as possible.



Areas of responsibility of VERBI Software GmbH

VERBI Software GmbH is the developer of the Software MAXQDA.

  • Purchase advice (Based on your needs, we gladly help in finding the best product in the correct pricing category) and supporting you during the order process
  • Questions regarding MAXQDA products, license options, license agreements or specific questions regarding your MAXQDA subscription
  • Technical and Functional Support
  • Support during the purchase of licenses in our online shop 
  • Questions regarding our online shop
  • Questions regarding the Subscription Manager, your MAXQDA Account, AI Assist, TeamCloud and MAXQDA Transcription

As mentioned above, we gladly support you in purchasing the correct license and guide you through the order process in our online shop. Once you have purchased a license, our e-sales partner Cleverbridge GmbH will be responsible for different areas of support.

Cleverbridge GmbH is our e-sales partner who manages your subscription, invoices, payment and quotes.

  • Questions regarding invoices for your orders, the quotations you generated in our online shop or the current status of your order
  • Reinstatement of MAXQDA subscriptions
  • Issues in regard to payment
