  • Is a license valid?

    • Status active

    • Expiration date before today

  • Is a license used in a project?

    • If there is an email address → a team lead has activated the license

    • If there is spaced used → a project has been uploaded

    • if there are more than 1/5 seats → team members have been successfully invited to the team

 

AI Assist

  • Has the MAXQDA license AI Assist been activated?

  • Which AI Assist product is activated? AI Free / AI Premium

  • Is AI Assist still activated for the license? Is the end date not reached. (NOT YET)

  • Has the user reached the limit of AI? You can see the daily current usage and compare it with Character and Token limits 

Transcription

  • Is the Transcription Code valid? 

    • active

  • Is there still budget on the code? 

    • used seconds smaller then max seconds

  • Is the Code already redeemed?

    • Yes, if there is an email and name shown

DETAIL (look up maxqda account)

  • search for email

  • Is there a maxqda account connected to the email?

    • yes (information are shown)

    • no (page is blank)

  • How much budget does the account still have?

  • Which Transcription codes were already redeemed?

  • Here you refund minutes, when users have lost their transcription or there was an error. You can not add more time then the user has redeemed before.

MAXQDA Account

  • Has the user an MAXQDA account? Enter the email in the search field.

    • yes, user is shown

    • no, user is not shown

    • account has not been activated: user is not shown, but you can add the email to “Verify User”

      • yes, account was created and is now activated, user can log in now

      • no, account was not created yet, user can create a new account

Subscription Manager from Cleverbridge

Subscription

  • Search for the purchase Id

    • open subscription id in the tab “Product Info”

  • When was the subscription started? Sign-Up date

  • Is the subscription still active?

    • next billing date is not more than 1 month in the past

  • When will the subscription end? 

    • Next billing date

  • What products are currently active? Which products should a customer have?

    • Subscription Item

  • How is the current state of the subscription?

    • deactivated means cancelled after the next billing date

Purchase

  • Is the purchase paid? 

    • Status is paid / item is paid

    • more information in the history of the purchase

  • Can I get the invoice?

    • send under email, documents

  • Which are the current serial numbers, codes? 

    • Delivery > Copy Key

AI Assist

  • Who is the licensee of the serial number?

    • Advanced Search > License Key > Open the purchase

  • Who is the email for the invoice? This is the email connected to the user of the subscription manager

Transcription

  • What Transcription Code has the user bought? 

    • open purchase > Delivery > copy key

  • Can the user log in?

    • yes if Confirmation is confirmed

    • no, but you can confirm the user

    • you can change the email address for the account

    • customer can then create a new password with the function password forgotten?

Subscription

  • See all subscription of a customer

    • search for email or domain

  • Cancel subscription for customer

Students

  • Has the student created a verification?

  • Has the verification been verified?

  • What is the link for the student purchase?

  • What products did the student order? You can also change the order and send a new purchase link

  • The purchase link has expired. You can send a new link
