Where can I redeem my transcription code?

When you buy a transcription budget, the budget is not automatically added to your MAXQDA account. You will receive a transcription code in the invoice email, which you can flexibly use with any MAXQDA account.


Please add the transcription code to the MAXQDA account you wish to use for the automatic transcription. 


Please use a personal MAXQDA account. Sharing an account can lead to data loss.


You can redeem the purchased transcription code directly in your MAXQDA account: https://teamcloud.maxqda.com/transcriptions_online/ by clicking on the "Redeem" button.


Please copy and paste the code to avoid typing errors. 



You can also enter the transcription code directly in MAXQDA when you start transcribing automatically.
