How can I use MAXQDA Transcription?

  1. Activate Transcription for your MAXQDQA 24 license.
  2. Create a free MAXQDA account, if you not already have an MAXQDA / TeamCloud account.
  3. Import your audio or video files: You can import your interviews as audio or video files into MAXQDA Transcription. Simply drag and drop your files into the software or use the import function.
  4. MAXQDA Transcription comes with AI-Assist features that make transcription easier and faster. These features include automatic speaker recognition, punctuation, and formatting.
  5. Edit your transcript: Once your transcript is complete, you can edit it to ensure it is correct and complete. You can also add codes, notes, and comments to your transcript to facilitate data analysis.
  6.  Export your transcript: When you're satisfied with your transcript, you can export it in various formats, including Word, Excel, and PDF.
