Where is my automatic transcription?

If you use automatic transcription in MAXQDA, the transcript will always be saved in the project file in which you started the transcription. 

If the document is not available, please reopen the project in which you started the transcription. 

The notification bell at the top right of MAXQDA will show you whether the transcription was completed successfully or not. 

If an error has occurred during transcription, the transcription budget deducted will be credited back to you after 24 hours at the latest.

All automatically created transcripts that you have created in MAXQDA can also be found in the backup in your MAXQDA account:
