How long does the automatic transcription take?

MAXQDA's automatic transcription can take several minutes. We recommend that you calculate with a ratio of 5:1. For a 1-hour interview, for example, it can take up to 20 minutes for the transcript to be created. 

If the transcription takes several hours for a 1-hour interview, the transcription will probably fail. You will then receive your credit back after 24 hours.
