Can I reduce the number of licenses for my contract in Subscription Manager?

A reduction in licenses/access, a downgrade of the edition or a cancellation of a product cannot be done during the current cycle. Such changes can only be scheduled for the subsequent cycle.

1. Open your subscription

2. Click on the pencil to edit the subscription.

3. Click on "Change with next cycle". "Änderungen nächster Zyklus". Changes will only take effect in the next cycle.

4. Click on  "Remove License" in the serial number you want to cancel. This way you can choose which license is canceled and which licenses will remain active.

5. Click then on "Change contract now" and the changes will take effect with the renewal of your subscription.
