The error code 6x3018 means that your license is not valid. There may be several reasons for this:
The license has not yet been activated
If the license was purchased from Kivuto, Aksnet or Surfspot, then the license must be activated via a corresponding link:
Upgrade from MAXQDA 2022 to MAXQDA 24
After upgrading from MAXQDA 2020 or 2022 to MAXQDA 24, the MAXQDA 2022 license will be automatically deactivated.

Missing payment
The license has been blocked because it has not been paid for. If the license has not been paid within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to block the license until payment is made.
