Error: No connection to MAXQDA Teamcloud

The message: “No connection to MAXQDA Teamcloud. Please check your internet connection or try again later.”, can have different causes. 


  1. Please check if you have an internet connection, by opening any webpage.
  2. Please log out and then log in to your MAXQDA Account.
  3. Please check, if your anti-virus software or your firewall allows you to connect to the following URLs: 
    1. *.amazonaws.com
    2. *.maxqda.com
    3. *.verbi-cloud-computing.de

In case you still can’t connect to TeamCloud or AI Assist, please contact technical support.
