The message: “No connection to MAXQDA Teamcloud. Please check your internet connection or try again later.”, can have different causes.
- Please check if you have an internet connection, by opening any webpage.
- Please log out and then log in to your MAXQDA Account.
- Please check, if your anti-virus software or your firewall allows the software MAXQDA to connect to the following URLs:
- *.amazonaws.com
- *.maxqda.com
- *.verbi-cloud-computing.de
In case you still can’t connect to TeamCloud or AI Assist, please contact technical support.
