How do I purchase a MAXQDA student license?

To purchase a student license, please follow the verification process as outlined below:

1. Select the desired student license in the online shop and add it to your shopping cart.

2. Fill out the order form and upload a current proof of your student or doctoral status.

We accept the following documents as proof:

•  A valid, current student ID or semester ticket showing your name and validity date.
•  An official, current transcript listing the name of the university and the student.
•  A current certificate of enrollment.
•  An official, current tuition fee receipt from the university that includes the name of the university and the student.

Your document for verification may be in any language.

3. After submitting your verification request, it will be reviewed within one business day.

• If the verification is successful, you will receive an email with a link to the online shop, allowing you to complete your purchase.  
• If the verification is unsuccessful, you will receive an email with information about the reasons for the invalidity of your student proof. At the end of this email, you will find a link to upload an additional document for verification.
