What should I do if I cannot submit a verification request?

If uploading your verification documents via our website does not work or if you encounter any other technical problems in this context, you can also send the documents to us via a support ticket. As soon as we receive your ticket, we will provide you with a link that leads you to our online shop.

Please note, we accept any of the following documents:
  • Valid, current student ID with name and expiration date
  • Official, current university transcript indicating the name of the university and the student
  • Current enrollment verification certificate
  • Official, current university tuition bill indicating name of the university and the student

You will also need to provide the following information so that we are able to process your purchase.
  1. First and last name.
  2. Email address (If different).
  3. Which MAXQDA version you want (Analytics Pro / Plus).
  4. Licence duration (6 or 12 months)
