What are 3 and 5 year licenses?

MAXQDA Licenses can purchased in the following durations:

	1 year license	3 year license	5 year license
License duration	one year	three years	five years
Renewal	automatic, annual	automatic, annual (ends after three years with no cancellation needed)	automatic, annual (ends after five years with no cancellation needed)
Cancellation	Possible for the full duration of the license.	License ends after three years automatically, cannot be renewed.	License ends automatically after five years, cannot be renewed.

Add-Ons	AI Assist and TeamCloud can be purchased in an annual subscription (cancelable).	AI Assist and TeamCloud can be purchased in an annual subscription. 3 and 5 Year Licenses are configured as annual licenses that are purchased in advance. You are then billed 0$ annually. The licenses have a set duration.

3 and 5 Year Licenses do not need to be cancelled. The cancellation is automatic for the licenses as well as the Add-Ons.
