How does working with TeamCloud work?

Modified on Tue, 16 Sep at 5:48 PM

TeamCloud does not enable synchronous editing of a project file in the cloud, but facilitates asynchronous teamwork with features such as:

  • Secure and privacy-compliant cloud storage
  • Automated integration of new work statuses
  • Logbook to document all agreements and changes
  • Automatic exchange of external files

To use TeamCloud, follow these steps:

Make sure that you are always working on the TeamCloud project and not on the local project.
You can tell whether you are working on the right project by the title TeamCloud Project and the display of the corresponding round:

Another tip: As a team member, upload your project status regularly. You can upload your work status every evening. This way, you won't miss a round due to extended absences such as vacation or illness.
