What is a MAXQDA Account?

A MAXQDA account is a personal account for MAXQDA users.

The MAXQDA account enables the use of the following functions:

MAXQDA Transcription - Media files can be transcribed automatically, either directly in the MAXQDA account or from the MAXQDA software.
AI Assist - AI Assist requests can be processed from MAXQDA.
TeamCloud - Users can exchange joint projects as team members or team leads via the TeamCloud and organize collaboration.

MAXQDA account registration

Anyone can register a MAXQDA account free of charge. https://teamcloud.maxqda.com/register

Each user receives 60 free minutes to test MAXQDA Transcription.
With a valid MAXQDA 24 license, AI Assist can be used in MAXQDA.
With a valid MAXQDA license you can work on a MAXQDA TeamCloud project in MAXQDA.
With a valid MAXQDA and TeamCloud license you can become team leader for a TeamCloud workspace.

If you already have a TeamCloud account or an AI Assist beta account, you do not need to create another account, as the account has already been converted into a MAXQDA account.

Please create a personal account and not a shared account, otherwise there may be errors in the functionality.

Delete MAXQDA account

You can delete your MAXQDA account at any time. Open your account and select "Settings"
