If you have forgotten your password for your MAXQDA account, you can generate a new password. Click on Recover and then enter the e-mail address you used to register a MAXQDA account.
You will then receive an email that will take you to the page where you can create a new password.
If you do not receive an email to create a new password, there may be two reasons:
- The email cannot be delivered because it ends up in spam
- Please check the spam folder of your email account or contact the IT department of your organization
- You do not yet have a MAXQDA account with this e-mail address
- Here you can create a new MAXQDA account.
Click on Sign-up: https://teamcloud.maxqda.com/register
- Here you can create a new MAXQDA account.
Please note: MAXQDA does not automatically create a MAXQDA account when you order. You must first create an account if you want to use one of the cloud functions: TeamCloud, Transcription or AI-Assist
If it is neither possible to create a new MAXQDA account because the e-mail is already in use, nor to create a new password, please contact our customer service.
