When I try to enter my serial number, the field for activating MAXQDA is grayed out.
If the field for activating MAXQDA with a serial number is grayed out, this indicates you are trying to access MAXQDA via a remote session.
MAXQDA single-user licenses can only be activated when MAXQDA is running in a local session on the device on which it was installed.
If you want to run MAXQDA via remote access, we recommend a server license, such as a network license or a free-floating license.
