My Transcription Code cannot be redeemed.

We generally recommend copying and pasting the Transcription Code to avoid typing errors. 


If you receive an error message that the code is not valid, it is also possible that the code has already been redeemed. Please reload the page or restart MAXQDA. Sometimes there may be a delay in calculating the charged budget. 


If the code cannot be redeemed despite the tips, it may also be due to a poor Internet connection. Please make sure that your firewall allows the download from the following URLs:


*maxqda.com 

*verbi-cloud-computing.com

*amazonaws.com 


An indication that the firewall is preventing access is if you are shown that your subscription budget is exactly 00:00:00 hours.
