AI Assist Premium allows for extensive utilization of the AI features in MAXQDA. To avoid any potential misuse, a daily limit is incorporated into the use of AI Assist Premium. This limit resets each day. You will receive a notification when you have reached your limit.
However, in rare circumstances, you may be shown a limit by mistake. An indication of this is when the message contains the information that the limit will be reset in 00:00:00 hours.
To rule out the faulty display, please carry out the following steps:
To ensure that your local MAXQDA license recognizes that you have activated AI Assist Premium, perform an online check: Open any MAXQDA project and click on "? > License Status > Update License Status (online)" in the lower left corner. MAXQDA will then synchronize the status with our activation server.
Afterward, the license status should display the Cloud Module: AI Assist Premium.
If this is already the case, we recommend logging out and back into your MAXQDA account within the software.
If this is not the case, please try a different network. Your firewall might be blocking the connection between AI Assist and your local MAXQDA license.
Please ask your IT department to allow the following connections:
- *.amazonaws.com
- *.maxqda.com
- *.verbi-cloud-computing.de
If this still doesn't work, consider switching networks and devices.
