If the transcription process in MAXQDA has stagnated or aborted, your transcription documents may be stored in the backup area of your MAXQDA Account. To check this, log in to your MAXQDA Account, click on "Transcription," and then "Backups from MAXQDA".

If the transcript does not appear there, the transcription process was not completed.
In this case, please contact our functional support with the following details about the affected file: name, format, and length of the file, as well as the date and time of the transcription.
