Log in to MAXQDA Account
If you want to log in on the MAXQDA account page: https://account.maxqda.com/login and receive the error message 3003, this means that there is no MAXQDA account for the e-mail address yet.
This can have the following causes:
- You have not yet created a MAXQDA account. You only need this account if you want to use the MAXQDA AI and Cloud Add-ons. The account is not created automatically with the purchase.
- You have created a MAXQDA account, but you have not confirmed the verification email. Please search for an email "Please verify your account" from teamcloud@maxqda.com. Please also check your spam folder or ask the IT administrator of your organization. Open the email to verify your MAXQDA account via the button. Only then will you be able to log in. If you are still unable to log in, please contact support.
Forgotten password
If you try to get a new password and get the error "Oops, something went wrong! Code: 3003" is displayed, the reason is as follows:
- No MAXQDA account exists yet for the e-mail address. Please create an account first.
- If you have created an account before, the account is not verified yet.
- Please search for an email "Please verify your account" from teamcloud@maxqda.com. Please also check your spam folder or ask the IT administrator of your organization. Open the email to verify your MAXQDA account via the button. Only then will you will be able to log in.
- If you don't find the verification email and are still unable to log in, please contact support.
