The subscription can have the following statuses in the Subscription Manager:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | The subscription is automatically renewed on the next renewal date when the renewal type is "automatic". If the renewal type is "manual" than the subscription won't auto renew. You will receive a message how to renew your subscription. |
| Deactivated | The subscription has been canceled and will not be automatically renewed. The licenses can still be used until the end of the term. |
| Finished | The subscription has ended and can no longer be extended. The licenses have expired. |
| Hold | The payment is pending. |
| Grace | If a customer does not pay immediately, the subscription is in a grace period. The customer may still be able to use the product. If the customer pays, the invoice date is brought forward. If the customer does not pay after a certain period of time, the subscription is canceled. |
| New | New subscription prior to the first payment. |
