With some media files (e.g. MP3), different programs may calculate the duration of a media file differently. This can result in the timestamps being slightly shifted in relation to the media file. If a time marker is set outside the duration of the media time, the transcript cannot be saved successfully.
We therefore recommend saving your media file in AAC format.
Please upgrade to MAXQDA 24.4 as we have ameliorated the transcription function.
