How can I cancel my subscription?

MAXQDA Subscription Manager

You can cancel your subscription in the Subscription Manager.

Please open your subscription in the MAXQDA Subscription Manager.

Please use the "Change Subscription state" slider in the contract details field to cancel your subscription.

When a subscription is deactivated, the associated licenses remain valid until the original expiration date. This ensures that users can continue to access and utilize the service without interruption for the duration of the paid term. After the subscription period concludes, there is a grace period of one month during which the subscription can be reinstated.

Cancel a license or reduce the seats

Cancel the subscription in the Cleverbridge Subscription Manager

It is also possible to cancel your subscription in the Cleverbridge Subscription Overview. You can enter the page from an email from Cleverbridge.

Then the Cleverbridge Subscription Manager will open.

You can change the renewal to manual. This way the subscription won't renew.
